apparently a method for locks or something?

is it true when you start out with neglect locks you can move you hands around your head or with like cotton or something and just rub it around your head?is this even true?

it's actually wool not cotton and i guess it works well to create friction and knots. If you use this method you don't have neglect locks though.

its wool rubbing and it creates a general all over knottiness that then needs to be ripped apartif not youd get 1 huge dreadif u fo it..do it once just to get a foundation then stop
