is palm rolling bad; if so why?

shes completely right but should add that although its generaly useless if u do it to an extreme like an obsession it can have a slight permenant affect but also cause some friction damagenoww ive never seen microscopicly what friction damage causes or have a clue about what it could mean in the way of weakness i have head 3rd hand about rare cases where its cayused significant damagesome ppl do do it to extremesit can at the very least give u sore armsive never done it ever and im not even sure how its done
