fine but very intense and more then a couple drops can be overwhelmongand get a droop in a dread that hangs near yoiur eye and your in ffor hell for a good many hourspepermingt oils very strong and can cause intence burning feeling on senrsative areasu can clear your sineses and tear ducts with just a dropor decongest your chestbut use a lil too mucjh and your drowning in teats and mucouse and feeling like your on fire
