It is like 105 where I live, I am used to washing my hair daily, how long do I need to wait to shampoo? And should I use the ACV right off the bat? Just pour the baking soda shampoo on and let it sit, not rubbing, even the scalp? Just had my hair done yesterday, dying to shampoo!

SE, I did it at home, NO wax or anything other than a comb to brush it out first. Twist and rip. I read here and posted before doing it, NO salon, you taught me that!Hey Mike, hot, huh! I do not swim much, but have a hot tub, which I keep cool in the summer. I dunno when should go in it. Maybe wear a shower cap to keep the bromine out of it....
make sure you rinse of the baking soda with water THEN pour on the acv, Just for 30 second to a minute. And if not washing is driving you crazy you can rinse with water. But make sure they dry completely to avoid mold..it's easy to avoid if you just give your babies time to dry Like they've told me, start washing every other day then every 2 days then every 3 till you wash 1-2 times a week. Hair gets oily because you wash away the natural oil and your scalp produces extra to make up for it. So you just need to teach it to chill out :P
