Hi. You are not the first, nor unfortunatley the last. I did the same mistake you did. My hair look much better now, about 4 and a half month later.

I live in Norway and here we have very hard water. The BS rince works well for me. Make sure you use enough BS / water.

Also another trick for the BS if you find it very hard to dissolve with your local tap water: use very hot water and start adding and dissolving the BS little by little, not adding more until the previous teaspoon is completely dissolved and there's no powder left in the bottom of the container of your choice. Then let it cool down until it's at a confortable temperature to pour down on your head.
