I use the bs/acv to cleanse/condition. I've read that the bs mixture should sit for 10-30 minutes. I do not alway have that long to let it sit seeing as I work until 6Am then back to work for 7. What is the minimum time it can sit?

10-20 minutes will exfoliate the scalp, but if there are some days that you just can't wait that long, don't worry, but make sure you can sometimes. Only 1 minute or less is required for the ACV, no longer than that as it is a conditioner. ..If you need to get extra time from somewhere, you can skip the morning toilet and just do it in the shower to give you more hair time...just kidding.....peace
Awesome. I usually get one good wash in a week with two short ones. I never let the acv sit and just rinse straight away. I'd only be able to skip the toilet if I had a jellyfish sting on my leg. Nice thinking though. Lol.
