Shampoo bars...

Can I use the bars from DL site on my 3 month old dreads? or hsould i stick with liquid for now. Im just so anxious to try the bars

in most cases yes

only hard to dread hair should stick to the liquid

but you can try once and see how it affects them

The bars are more conditioning, in a good way, you can use both, alternate between liquid and bars, thats what I do.

Got my bars last week and loooove them. SE is probably right that you should alternate if you have hard to dread hair, but at 2 months I am having nothing but good experience with them. My hair feels so soft and my scalp feels moisturized and healthy. I am not experiencing any loosening but I have really curly and knotty hair so my dreads stay put really well. I am using the Teatree and the Goddess bars. Love 'em.Be well.

I like the liquid and all. But I prefer a good BS/ACV wash over it.my hair is def not hard to dread. almost at 3 months here and already have some half locked. Maybe If I alternate between the BS and bars I'd be fine. And maybe to a sea salt spray on a bar wash day
