Is there a certain way to use the dreadlock shampoo if you're on the 7th day of the neglect/ freeform?

I was wondering if there's a certain way to use the dreadlock shampoo, is it the same as the bs shampoo? But how much do I use?

put a lil bit on yoir hand or head use fingertips to scrub it into the scalp gently

try not to move the hair around much just concentrate on the scalp

then rinse well
