Can i use sea salt spray?

Ive had my dreads about two weeks now, can i go ahead and put some sea salt spray on them or is it too early. Does it even mater, If so do i use it before or after i wash them? how much sea salt do i put in the bottle? do i just pray it on them and leave it sit? if you know any tips please let me know. thanks

but most sea salt sprays u leave on no more then 2 hoiurs

the proper ration is 3.5% of the water volume
