The hair dreads very slowly there for some, and sometimes not at all. The reason for this is oily skin, especially at the hairline/forehead. Make a point to wash the oil off that area a few times a day & in awhile you will notice them starting to dread. Peace
You can use hand wipes, a wet hand with soap and water, a wet facecloth, anything to wash the forehead and hairline to the ears. I put rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and wipe there first thing in morning and then at night. My European father handed me down his oily skin.
stiop pulling on it sdtop pushing it back just give it time
or sleep on your face
u probly nrush it back alot wich unknots it
Mine has the same problem but which I'm not trying to dread my bangs anyways though. It does take patience for some and some just dreads faster than others. Try washing your face with a BS wash a few times a day.
Happy Dreading...
Like SE said, stop pulling on it (like in ur picture). I'm at 8 months and my two front dreads are barely holding itself together now (finally). My trick is to not touch it at all if I don't need too. My hair is almost always down and when its not, I'm only tying my hair back with my dreads. I noticed since I stopped using hair tyes and only use my dreads to hold it all back, my front dreads closest to my forehead is finally dreading.
