Hi guys,

I am very well aware of the bi carb wash and using it alone, I don't tend to feel so good about it.

So here goes,

For over 1 year now, I have been using the knottyboy liquid shampoo, usually justrinsingthen drying.,

As the winter drew in, I have added acv wash sometimes, with tea tree and rosmary..

This is still not helping myflakiness. So I am wondering if I should invest in some almond oil or get a Dr Bronners soap here

http://www.drbronner.com/DBMS/OLAL16/AlmondOrganicLiquidSoap.htm

Which has a lot of lovelyingredientsin, Will this help do you think?

Cheers
