What to do for some length

I just recently landed two jobs. One is full time and the other is part time. I will need to keep my hair up a lot! Is there any way that I can keep them all in one bun? Maybe some extensions? My dreads are short. 2-5 inches in length all over my head. I find that using head bands aren't enough sometimes. Some suggestions? Look at my pics for an idea of how short they are!

if its so short why do u need to keep it up? when that short there is no "up" unless u use wax to make em stNd straight up

a band or scarf to pull em back is all u need

yes just try using some pretty fabric and tie loose like a head band! makes them a lil more acceptable to non dreds

You could try dread extensions?
Theres tons of info about it on google and youtube.
Seems like the easiest/cheapest way to go about it is to buy regular hair extensions from a beauty supply store and TnR or back comb the hair into dreads.

I work in a machine shop so i need to keep my locks away from machinery and i use a head wrap, it keeps them in place without tugging too much like ponytails do. I make use of an old t shirt, or a scarf.
