I would try washing with just baking soda, me personally, I have nothing but trouble using bronners, and stop trying to do so much to force things to happen, i went with out brushing for 3 months or so before doing tnr, and a good portion of it fell out and came back together, just need to have the patience to let it do what its going to do

Interesting. I have baking soda..what do I do..just sprinkle it over my head and then rinse? I have heard of no poo before..what does vinegar do..soften the hair a bit? No need for that. Will be back.
