left baking soda on for too long.

Hi, I put my bs solution on my hair this evening and then lost track of time. It may of been on for about 40 mins to an hour. I rinsed with acv afterwards. Will it be ok? Worried

Don't worry about it. Just don't make a habit of it. It can cause your hair to become brittle.

Do you reckon it will be ok though? My hair is already coloured, Im growing it out. I use about 1/3 cup to 3 pints of water.

its fine but u u did ascv right u didnt pour the acv on overtop of the bs so tye 12 chemicaly reacte i g=hope u alwaysbs 1st

No , I rinsed th bs out first and then just rinsed with the acv afterwards. I didnt leave the acv on for long as Im only 6 months in so have baby dreadsThey do feel a teeny bit dry this morning, but I could be me being paranoid.. Should I use some aloe or cocoa butter do you think? or leave them be? The undreaded ends look and feel soft and shiny.
