its simple

stop combing let it dread seperate as needed to keep em somewhat thin

but

you will never get a look ypur trying to get instead u will get a look thats unique to you

dreads are unique no 2 alike (unless they are forced and faked by sakons)

in real dreads the only fctirs rea;y affecting the look is the sizes or range of sizes

wether they are thick or thin on average and the differences between thickest and thinnest

more uniform dreads dont vary in size alot

more natural dreads can vary from 1 milimeter thick to a few inches (but 1 inch is recomended max)

most might have 1 or 2 dreads arund an inch most aroubd 1/2 and a few around 1/8th

for a blended look

the picv most look 1/2 inch or slightly thinner

some variation but not wide range of variation

they look natural (ish) but maybe twist n rip

if tnr they were left o become more natural after..and id guess hey are bout 3 years old

If you want that type of look, go natural. They will never look like hers. But I'm guessing you just want the unkempt look. Natural locks will give you that verbatim. Just wash with a dreadlock friendly soap and separate.
