How are my dreads doing?

How are my dreads doing? They only have 2 1/2 months. I attached some pics. I have a lots of straight ends. What do you guys think? Suggestions are very welcomed!

dang, those are doing really good. just wondering, do you wear a tam or anything? and also how do you wash them? mine are 5 1/2 months and yours are more dreaded than mine

wow thanks! did not expect this feedback.I don't know why they have progressed this fast... I sleep with apantyhose covering my dreads and wash every 3-4 days with dish soap (Ordered Dr. Bronners). Not sure if that has to do with it.

they're looking pretty sweet, did you use twist and rip as a starter method?

They look amazing for being so young!

Apart from drying faster, why is it good that the ends are loose?
