After I wash my hair, my dreads go all loopy and messy?????

I have naturally straight-ish hair, and after I wash my hair (while it's still damp) my dreads go all loopy and messy. But when my hair dries the loops go away :/ I actually like the loopy bits, but I was wondering if this is a bad thing???? Has this happened to anyone else???? Im doing the neglect method and I use Sukin protein shampoo Also, are there any ways to make my hair more loopy?????????

it will get more loopy dont worry but i wonder about that shampoo ive nbever heard of it being used for dreads b4
