I got this spary about a month ago iits called African pride olivw miracle anti-breakage formula is it okay to use or not

one of it's ingredients (Propylene Glycol ) is actually used in anti-freeze...andPEG 8 is not considered safe on damaged or injured skin...(can we say what the hell?) and that's just the two i bothered to look closely at...
