Redundant n00b question...[SORRY!]

So, I am sure it is on here somewhere, but I have been unable to locate it.

I need directions for the baking soda scrub cleaning technique. How much of this and that for how long kinda thing.

Sorry if this is a redundant post.

its a no scrub so pour and soak

1-2 tablespoons bs per cup water

add a couple drops eacgh oil u want per cup

pour on

soak 10 min

rinse

same ammount acv or lil less if young dreass

pour on

if young rinse right away

if old soak 3 min then rinse

optional add tablespooon sea sa.lt
