it seams that my ph balance has, well, balanced and flakes are almost cleared up! using the once a week arm and hammer washing method with essential oils. My wife loves fridays when I do this the smell is wonderful!
She wants to back comb it again since the ones on the sides completely unravelled. Any thoughts? She works on time frames....

yeah, I can't open either. And no, don't bother back coming again. Al the back combing is good for is setting up a blueprint for where your locks will section themselves. Now that you did it once, you don't need to again. If you back comb again, they'll just come out the next time you wash. You'll just keep redoing it until it drives you crazy that they are not progressing.
