Welcome! When I first started dreading my mom's exact words were "dreadlocks? Yuck!"and the other day, she says "Jo-Jo Honey, I really like you hair, it really suits you" And my dad the first time he saw them was like "it looks like you have a spider on your head" and now he says "you look like the predator" which in my opinion I'd rather look like the predator, which is badass, than a spider LoLDreads grow on everybody, ha physically and mentally. I think the biggest misconception is that dreads are dirty. If you wanna dread you should totally talk to your parents about it! soaringeagle said:
