does sweating a lot stop or slow down the dreading process??

working out with dreads
ofcourse not
sweats salty water
sea salt sprays help dreads dread right?
so so would sweat tears any salty watery stuff
if you eat alotta meat and crappy diet tho sweat can start to stink so be aware of your diet to keep your sweat pretty clean
