So obviously since we with dreads can't brush our hair, how do you guys exfoliate? I'm thinking about picking up a hair pick or something and seeing if that helps, can you do it lightly with your nails? questions questions
No don't do that'] The baking soda is supposed to dissolve it...Ask SE...Happy Day!

but bs does a great job of it
No, don't do that....it can damage your scalp. Usually the BS wash will exfoliate it enough. If you use any soap and your fingertips to rub you are fine. You have been dreading for awhile, so rubbing your scalp when shampooing shouldn't be a problem
