White sticky Residue From Scratching Head?

So I have been dreading for 4 months and encountered this problem early on. I find that whenever a part of my head itches, I scratch it and when i look at my finger nails and they have this white crap underneath them. At first i figured they were caused from my head adjusting to the change in washing and whatnot, but its been four golldang months now and it's still happening. is my head just plain dirty or does this go away with time. I've also found that I don't get much flakey dandruff, so i was thinking that the dandruff was this white sticky crap just getting stuck to my scalp when it's supposed to fall off.

wash basically 4 to 5 day intervals. with diluted bronners.

try the baking soda with tearree and rosemary maybe pepermint too and every 3 days

do i have to dilute or add anything?

add no dilute ..well not a bad idea i dont think its totaly nesacary but its not a bad idea ..but u wouldnt have to dilute it as severely as bronners
