Hello all!
I reach my one month anniversary of dreading my hair tomorrow, and I just realized something...
I have short bangs and other short hair on the sides. I'm dreading my hair naturally, so they are most likely not going to dread until they grow out longer.
I don't know what it will look like, or if I could do something to help them out, so I'd like opinions or suggestions! Anything would help, really.

Beautiful blue eyes! About the bangs, it's totally up to you. If you like them, keep them. They can make a nice contrast with the dreads. If you change your mind, just grow them out and let them dread. I have bangs too and that's the approach I'm taking.
Yeah I was thinking I'd just go with that. I'd like at least a little un knotted hair, but I think that I'll just dread it out when it becomes long enough. I was just worried if it'd look too silly or something, but now that I think of it, I don't mind too much if it does or not!
