Day 4 Can I wash yet?!

I'm on day 4 of the journey, and I am so pleased already! My scalp is getting itchy though, and I'm ready to wash. I plan on using baking soda/acv. I TNR'd my hair, (no bands, no wax) but I will be going natural from here on out. Also, what's the best method and ratio any of you have found using bs/acv?

Thanks! They are a set of sparrows. One with a halo, and one with horns. I just finished my wash and my hair feels great!
