Hello, my name is Andrew, i just made my profile last night, ive had my dreads for about 6 months now, and went about it the wrong way, using wax, locking accelerated, etc. all dreadheadhq stuff. ive tried my best to get all the product out of my hair by using a good baking soda wash once or twice a week. ive also done some crocheting on a few, but my big question here is to deal with the crocheting method. Ive heard some good things, and ive heard some horrid things about crocheting, i have had some tiny loose dreads and have crochet few together to make bigger ones, i was just wandering if thats a bad thing to do or not. thank you.

crochetings a bad idea absolutely and the bs wont remove wax on its own'
try vinager soaks
try very hot water and dawn dish soap
try orange oil based dissolvers
throw the hook away
u should not be combining dreads till theyre mature
and then u let them combine themselves
