After i washed my dreads, i wrapped em up in a towel for like an hour and then took it off and they seemed a little less wet... is this ok? is it better to air dry? what is everyone else doing?

So you take your time squeezing every indivisual dread or just grab a few and squeeze those all at once?

shake shake shake, throw towel on head and press, squeeze the big ones with the towel(Wish i had a micro towel:P) then go play in the sun. If its a rainy day i hang out in the garage with the fan on high

I would wash my dreads in the daytime that way they can air dry. I know others are not going to approve but I bought an overhead dryer and use it when I have to apply lock gel at night time. I don't do it often, only once a month or two. But wash and air dry is the best idea.
