how often do you wash your locks?

i've heard varied times so far on this site and i just want to get a general idea of how often people wash their locks. i'll post how often i do mines after a few replies i guess. but i can already tell you some of you wash way more often than me.

3-4 time a week is probably average for most (me too)

Why are you waiting for others to post how many times they wash their hair before you say how often you do? I don't understand the point in that. Everyone is different when it comes this.

oh whoops i misposted haha not too far off but i do 2-3 times a week.

But yea, wash your hair whenever it feels like it needs to, i know some people wash once a week but thats probably the longest most people would want/recommend.

I'm gonna sound really nasty now but I go about 2 or 3 weeks without washing my hair :s

I wash mine once a week usually. If I am doing really dirt work or something i will wash it more often. In the coldest part of the winter I wash less. I have an old house that is not heated well. Wet hair for hours when it is that cold is miserable!

once a week.. it takes far too long for mine to dry and i don't have time to wash it more often.. sometimes i leave it a bit longer, but the itching drives me crazy!!
