I wasn't sure where to post this, but I just poured a bottle of alcohol on my head. It didn't burn at all, so I dont think I had the buggys. A couple of my friends got them, and I've been itchy for a while so I thought I probably had them as well. Will the alcohol hurt my dreads?

I don't know that the lack of burning is an indication as to whether or not you had/have lice. I would have someone check your head to be sure. Those buggers are a pain in the rear. You can generally tell by checking the nape of the neck and behind the ears. This is where you are most likely to see lice or lice eggs. Can't tell you if the alcohol causes damage to dreads though...never tried it.
