I just got given a woolen pillow case and was wondering what pros if any there from using it?

i tried a wool sweater on my pillow once and woke up to a huge rash on my face. sensitive skin + wool = not for me.

it does seem to... finally bought a wool sweater- at a value village store- n have been using for a coupleweeks now n it has already made a difference in the rate of progress, lots new knots n pre-existinghave tightened

it should work for all dreads. wool helps because it causes friction. friction makes the hair rub together more and ultimately knot. wearing a wool tam to bed will do the same thing. thats what i do.

Yeah I wore my ram one night but I didn't like it.. I'll have to get a sweater and sew the sleeves up... Lol

Wearing a tam to bed worked for me as well.
