2 questions

so i know mold forms from the hair not drying right well my question is would sweating alot throughout the day everyday eventually lead to mold?&& i just got hired working construction where hard hats are required would wearing one 8 hours a day 5 days a week help or hinder my natural progress?any advice is greatly appreciated! :]

Your right, mold grows in dreadlocks when they are kept wet too long. Sweat shouldnt lead to mold at all. Just after youre done working, make sure to throughly dry your head of dreadful knots as well as the occaisional rinse/wash and you should do fine
