Ambitious dreadlock history article

Do any of you guys know if there is any truth behind what is stated in this article? http://thebutterflytribe.com/articles/historyofdreadlocks.html It is very ambitious, but there are no references what so ever.

well as much as much of it maybe true it is also coppieed from so,mewhere else as indicated by the - mid words but not end of linesit was also written from an interview with 1 man who lead 1 "church" like centerso much of it probably is true but is wriitten from the narrow perspective of someone who believes it to be trueit never did mention any other cultures like scottish welsh and european cultures who wore dreads so although its saying its a spiritual thing not just a rasta thing its still implying its a black thingits a good artic\le but still narrow focused and could be better
