OKay guys... quick question

Okay... I keep hearing baking soda and acv... But, how do I use them and what exactly is ACV? I only see the abbreviations... Idk if i'm just being dumb and looking in the wrong place, but i've been looking and how exactly is ACV diluted.If they are here, could anyone direct me to the answers of these questions? Thanks guys!

baking soda and apple cider vinagerboth are 1 tablespoon per cup 1/3 cup per gallon..aboitbaking soda pour on wait 10 min rinseacv pour on wait 3 min rinseu can add herbs for conditions like dandrufftheres plenty of info if u search the site for baking soda
