without this freaking amazing site!!So it's been a month since I started my dreads. Thinking back now I honestly have no idea what I would have done without this place. I probably would have combed out my dreads by now just out of lack of support. And not just the dreads, but all of the people here are awesome! I talk to more people here than I do on facebook. There it's just people from high school that I barely know, a few good friends that I see every once in a while, and family. Here it's a completely different atmosphere. Oh and I just love to show off my super duper amazing knowledge of dreadlocks(...pretty much repeating everything I've learned here xD) and helping other people out.Lol, the other day with some friends I got a little too...intoxicated..lol.. and according to them I tried to convince everyone to get dreads!! LMAO!!but yeah, hopefully will be referring a future natural dreadhead here soon...my brother who has always wanted dreads and is so jealous of mine, I'm trying to convince him to go natural but yeah. Great site, great people, just...love this place :D

Amen.. It's only site where any "funky" thing that your dreadlocks are doing is not diagnosed as a disorder that you should fix immediately...instead you get love and support and nice things to hear like "your dreads are awsome and they vl get better" or "oh..that happens..dont worry about it"....cz there is no scare tactics involved here to pitch a sale..i think this site really transcends not only in terms of dreadlocks site..but as an information based forum in general...I dont use facebook or any social networking site that claims to "connect people" but all i have seen is that it has distanced people...its just show off and melodrama and how you can hurt/make others jealous in the most concieted way possible...so in terms of quality of conversation and ideas..this place blows facebook to kingdom come...and lets make you our official sales representative...we buy you booze..you get people to this site..sounds like a sweet deal?

I'll give a thumbs up to that, this place is great! I know I'll still be here (if I'm not living in a treehouse without power) for years and years to come unless I get some solar panels for the treehouse, hummmm......
haha I've always wanted to live in a tree house...a solar powered tree house.. would be pretty incredible!!! Earthstudios said:

There has to be a common sense of humour and outlook on life that dready people share because I have yet to meet someone here that doesn't share in the same jokes, love the same things, and is just an amazing human being.I don't know about you though Shiva- anyone good looking enough to receive scammer emails has got to be hung up on their ridiculous good looks :-P
Definitely. Dreadheads are more down to earth, relaxed and more accepting. Now that I think about it, I've known 2 other people with dreads and they were both pretty cool Westcoaster said:
