hands and hair?

My question is does playing with your hair too much hinder the dreading process because of the oils naturally produced by your hands?

deleted the duplicate threadbut it can thats why i never palm rolled or did much to emnot to mention dirt from handsbut then again some oils are healthy, you dont want to be completely without oils..or too oily
