6 years ago, my husband mentioned that I would look great with dreadlocks. This planted the seed of me researching locks and different methods of installation. I was on the path of ordering a "dread kit" complete with a comb to back comb and the horrid wax. I then found this site and all of the wonderful insight provided by Soaring Eagle. 6 years ago in March, I put down my hair brush and began my lock journey chocked full of information from Soaring Eagle and the wonderful people of this site. So this post is mostly to show my gratitude to you, Soaring Eagle. I now have the most beautiful 6 year old set of natural locks and I wouldn't be here without SE and this wonderful forum.
