Hello all with dreadheads :-)

My name is Lela. I from Georgia, but living in Ukraine.
I make beads for dreadlocks and dread hair tie out of polymer clay.

Polymer clay is quite strong material. Beads toned of acrylic paints and covered of varnish. They are very durable. Color or ornament will not fade, waterproof. It may be worn in the hair at all times.

YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR HOLE SIZE: I can do hole Size about 6 - 7.5 - 8 - 9.5 - 13 - 16 - 17 - 19 - 20 - 22 mm (0.23-0.29 - 0.32 - 0.4 - 0.5 - 0.63 - 0.67- 0.75 - 0.79 - 0.87 inch) you may choose the hole size that you want, because dreads vary in size.

Lenght beadS about 20-25 mm (0.8-1 in) if you need other length may leave a note to seller or you may convo me.

I make all jewelry available in my shop myself and I design it, so it's always unique.

Perfect gift idea for your friend with dreadlocks!

I brand new on this forum so I hope you guys don't see this as spam - if so, I can understand that this post needs to be deleted.

You can find my dread beads and accessories over here:

I have been looking gat these beads on Etsy for a while. They are some of my favorite ones I have found, just haven't decided on which ones yet. Also, I am guessing the measurements are the circumference? Or diameter?

You need to measure the circumference of your dreadlocks with wire and then measure the diameter of this circle

from experience its easier to just guesstimate

since dreads should range in sizes from thin to thick guesstimate what the mid point in the range is  get a bead about that size then try it on dread after dread till you find the 1 it fits on

you can measure  sure  but since the bead has to grip  it has to compress into the dread slightly so the dread you measure the bead might slide all the way to the roots
