I'm new and I want to know if with brittle and thin hair I can have dreadlocks or not.
I'm scared that my hair are not strong enough to withstand the process without breaking and/ore tearign too much because I lost many hair on my own.
It's simple there is no process. You do not need to use force to create dreadlocks any hair will dread. If you're thinking that you need to use brute force process to create dreadlocks that will tear your hair to shreds that is something we do not recommend here for anyone know matter what type hair.
The gentlest thing is to just let it dread on its own. Next best is to just use very gentle twist and rip with only your hands don't do it aggressively. Don't do it too tight
