i have "natural dreads" basically. i started out with a huge afro and then slowly let my hair go. it started to twist up and form dreads. and now some sections of my hair have become matted and became big clumps of hair that formed odd shapes, and idk if i can fix them or should i cut it off and start over and go for newer better dreads... has anyone gone throught this? thank you

it depends how fused they all are theres nothing wrong with them they are pretty cool just alt narder to care for and can cause painful pulling when longer

well thats pretty fat though its a little over the recomended max its not insanely over it you shouldnt have to start over but u can combor pick out those 4 and let them reform with a lil more control youd just want to separate when they try to join together
if they take too longto dry then yea id undo those 4 and lledt each reform as 4 or so each
