Been doing the neglect method for about 4 months now (baby lcoks have formed) I've been using dr bronners coconut oil bar soap outside of washing about once every other week is there anything i should be doing to make sure i have nice and healthy dreads?i feel like i'm may be trying to over complicate this

wash more and is that the 18 in 1 magic soap

u should wash a min of weekly more often then thats even better

it's the all in one bar form the 18 in 1 is the liquid form. Difference in ingridients: Bar form has Organic Palm Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Sea Salt the liquid form doesnot. the liquid form haspotassium hydroxide the bar for does not

ok i never used the bars but i kn ow they make shampoos and soaps that arent dread friendly too

checked in my hair today and i have a little dandruff will washing more help with that?
