lumps or bumps after wash

So I did my first bs acv wash Sunday but I'm not sure if this is normal. My dandruff seems to be settled a bit but the areas where it was is extremely dry nowand some spots on top my head and at back feel itchy at night and I'm feeling big bumps or lumps probably scabany advice
