ouchy :/

My roots at the back of my head are tightening up ..and its pulling my scalp .. it kinda hurts to have them down when they move around
Is waiting it out, my only option ?

Yeah, I reckon you just gotta wait. I remember mine doing that. I use a fairly conditioning shampoo, now my roots are nice and loose. What do you wash with?
