Washing locks

I wash my locks every 5 days, because I'm pretty active and my hair just gets unbearably itchy in a week. How do I stop that ? I want to be able to wash my locks once, every two weeks.
Is it something my scalp will just eventually get used to? I use BS & ACV wash, sometimes this vegan shampoo ..

why would you want to wash every 2 weeks

2 times a week is way better if its so itchy wash every 3 or 4 days
