Im interested in getting dry shampoo because i dont want to wash more often, yet i sweat alot and my hair gets greasy. Has anyone had any luck with dry shampoo? And will it hurt the dreading process?

Good idea but not good for dreads. A dry shampoo is meant to be sprayed on, and then brushed out. The dry particles absorb the oils and dirt, and then those get brushed or shaken out. With dreadlocks or sections, those particles would get stuck inside the dread. this would cause a build up which is something you don't want. If you sweat a lot, you can still rinse your head with just water every day you don't shampoo with a dread product since you don't have mature dread yet. As long as you don't go to bed with wet hair, or put on a hat with wet hair, or tie wet hair up, then you can do that daily.

So stay away from the dry shampoos and just rinse you head. As a bonus, your hair will dread faster the more it gets wet.....peace
