I do the bs/acv thing a few times a month...whenever I feel it needs it.
In between those I use mix up my own shampoo using a base of Dr. Bronner's hemp tea tree castile soap. Then add in other ingredients that fit my mood. It's very concentrated so a bottle lasts for ages.
