well help in a way but only in a way aloe is conditioning so will slow the dreading process if your not black (black ppl will need the conditioning and it helps) but aloe can be used tio tame frizz and tidy up when u need to so it helps u look neater for a formaland helps condition dry dreads

Friendly word of advise, wax is hindering your dreads process.. Also re-twisting is damaging too.. :D

wax never belongs in dreads you should remove all traces of wax
