Biotin is a B vitamin but it is often called vitamin H. not sure why.
This is from the label on my bottle, the brand is Nature's Bounty:
medicinal ingredient: Biotin,
non-medicinal ingredients: Calcium Phosphate Dibasic, Carboxymethyl-cellulose, Carnauba Wax, Croscarmellose Sodium, Glycerin, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate
hey k8ekate... biotin is just vitamin b6. Sometimes it haves some inactive components, or other B vitamins mixed. i think it is safe for you [just don't buy the ones with flavours, they have a lot of shit in it]
I have been taking 10,000 mcg for a couple of years.....i have not noticed any extra body hair....not even under my arms. :D You pass (in urine) any extra that your body does not need. But more than 10,000 just goes down the drain....literally.
good idea Barrellady! I'll diminish the quantity. There are little hairs growing in my nose skin [outside] :o
Great stuff. You only need to take 6000mcg a day, so you can save your money and cut down on taking both. Use the 7500mcg one day, then the 5000mcg the next day and then switch back again. Don't know what will happen if you take 12500mcg daily, maybe you will get pubic hairs growing down to your knees!!!.....Peace
