nothing once the wax is gone they will just dread on theyre own..wax prevents dreading if hair cant move it cant knot u want nothing at all in them except when theyre too dry add moisrture like aloe or jojoba or shae but other then that just keep em clean wax free ande leave em be

alter time idf u want them to grow faster or lock faster there are no shortcuts stop wanting ..but u do need to get that wax out they will never lock with wax and crap in them they need to be clean free of products to lock
