welvcome the "towel method" just creates a general knottiness thart then mustbe ripped apart into dreads you shouldnt continue rubbing tho once u got some knots stop and let it dread u can rub away the sane knots u rubbed in the day b4 if you just leacve it alone it will dread fine woyhput any rubbing at akll

Welcome. Head and shoulders is really bad for hair in general. Even worse for locks.

And them untwisting in the shower is actually a step forward. Although it may seem like a backwards step, it's the natural progression of locks. They need to be looser in the beginning in order to tangle and lock up

welfcime dont use head and shoulders theres way better options ..for dandruff too store bought dandruff shampoos are anonng the most toxic there is

and dont worry about them untwisting u never had to twist em anyway

just wash regularly scrub the scalp not haor i]or use he baking soda soak wich i a no touch n=method

use the oils only when u must oils and such will slow progress but with african hair it is needed to prevent over drying

switch what u wash with and just let it dread

btw we have an lgbt dreadies group theres a few gay dready guys around (and gals)
